How to login to your American Express Bank Account

Step Description
1.  In the URL bar type in https://www.americanexpress.com/?inav=NavLogo.
2. Go to American Express Homepage and find the login area located on the upper left side of the page.Enter your “User ID/Password” and select from the drop down which category you would like to access. Then click on Log In.
3. If you Forgotten Username/Password – click on the link “Forgot User ID or Password?” below the “Log In” in order to recover it.
4. You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter the required information such as:

Existing Card Account

-15 DIGIT CARD NUMBER
-4-DIGIT CARD ID (CID)

Canceled Card

-15 DIGIT CARD NUMBER
-BILLING ZIP CODE

Then Click Continue.

How to apply for a new account with American Express Bank

Step Description
1. On the same login area as shown above, (homepage) find the link that says“Create New Online Account” and click on it.
2. You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter the required information to Set Up your Account.

Then Click Confirm to continue.
