In the URL bar type in https://www.synovus.com/.

Go to Synovus Homepage and find the login area located on the left side of the page. You must select from the drop down and enter  your Username and Password. Then click Login.

If you Forgot Username  – click on the link “Forgot Username?”.

You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter the required information such as:

-Account Number
-Full SSN/Tax ID
-Phone
-Date of Birth

Then Click Next.

If you Forgot Password  – click on the link “Forgot Password?”.

You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter the required information such as:

-Username
-Verification
-OTP
-Question
-Password

Then Click Submit.

On the same login area as shown above, (homepage) find the link that says “Enroll” and click on it.

You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter the required information such as:

-Verification
-Username
-Password

Then Click Next.
